1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform is an online marketplace that facilitates connections between Clients and Lawyers. The Platform is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any legal advice given by individual lawyer members is solely the responsibility of those lawyers. The Platform does not represent any Client or Lawyer.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of the Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship between the Platform and any user, or between a Client and a Lawyer. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when a Lawyer independently agrees to represent a Client.

4. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, keep login credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized use. Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

5. Lawyer Verification

Lawyers must provide accurate licensing and professional information. The Platform may verify credentials but does not guarantee the quality, competence, or suitability of any Lawyer. Clients are responsible for evaluating and selecting legal counsel.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide truthful information, not submit unlawful or fraudulent content, not misuse the Platform, and exercise independent judgment when selecting legal counsel.

7. Lawyer Responsibilities

Lawyers must comply with applicable laws and ethical rules, maintain required licenses, provide accurate profile information, and communicate professionally with Clients. Lawyers remain solely responsible for legal services provided.

8. Legal Questions and Responses

Responses posted on the Platform are for general informational purposes unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Lawyer and Client. The Platform does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, suitability, or legal outcomes. Users should obtain individualized legal advice before acting on any information.

9. Fees

The Platform may charge fees, subscriptions, commissions, or service charges. Applicable fees will be disclosed before being charged. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not violate laws, upload harmful software, harass other users, impersonate others, submit false information, or interfere with Platform operations. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, logos, trademarks, and materials are owned by the Platform or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform materials without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for legal advice provided by Lawyers, disputes between users, loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages. Users utilize the Platform at their own risk.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from user conduct, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these Terms or for protection of the Platform and its users.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
